Question for Todd Dave the BttF Master

hey todd, i was watching back to the future 2 today and i always wondered who that guy is that is supposed to be that is talking about saving the clock tower and putting money on the cubbies. he's definitely someone in old man makeup, so i used to kinda think it was doc, but that kinda doesn't make sense either, since he doesn't recognize marty. any idea?

I think his name was Charles Fleischer. He also played Biff's mechanic in 1955 (when Marty was hiding out in Biff's car).
i wonder why they bothered to put him in old man makeup then, and not just use some old man for this part?
i do think you are right tho dave, i just looked and that mechanic def looks like the old man.

Same reason they aged Michael J. Fox. He's billed as "Terry", which I'm pretty sure was the name of the same guy from 1955, just an old man. Kinda like Biff and Lorraine were aged as well.
